Day 10

We met up early on this morning, around 10:30am. Once we had all got down to the beach we began warming up as usual before heading on down to jog. The weather was nice. It was starting to get hot, but in the meantime the breeze was most definitely welcome and keeping us cool. Huw joined us. This was a totally run of the mill jog, no complaints though. The tide was totally coming in though!
