Day 11

Today was a magnificently hot day, the 'classic three' were jogging (that's myself, AK & Chris). Parking was a little tougher today, so we ended up parking right outside the little café. In fact, we went into this café beforehand to check out the ???? before walking down to the beach. I had brought with me two bananas and an apple, the former I was eating before the jog. A very good jog followed, a bit more walking than jogging was occuring at times though. Being a very hot day, I personally was tempted to get an ice cream and actually bought one from the café along with a refreshing can of Sprite at the end of the jog. The tide was so in, we had to climb virtually every fence and even get up onto the Stray part (the paving) around the half-way point. At that point we stopped for a breather and I ate my apple.

Notes: Chris also present. The tide was very much in - seems to depend on the weather and not the time. (CHECK DATE, AMEND ACCORDINGLY)
